In order to provide our clients with the best security coverage our most experienced professionals (security consultants) will conduct on-site comprehensive security survey that will serve as a basis for improving existing security or designing a new layout (if necessary).

The process includes the following steps:
 Mapping all assets in need of protection (human and non human), while studying their routine and relevant processes involving them.
 Conducting a threat analysis to every chosen asset.
 Reviewing existing security to threatened assets and preparing a gap analysis.
 Preparing and submitting an improvement plan + a cost estimate for Client's approval.
 Adjusting plan to Client's requirements and budget frame.
 Implementation / Supervision.
Running the system through its phases and fine-tuning it.
 Maintenance, updates and improvements.

Security engineering
Based on the survey's output a security plan is prepared.

Key elements of any security plan:
 Human resources - Psychological profile definition, selection, training and maintenance.
 Infrastructure & Equipment - Buildup, selection and acquisition of the most appropriate equipment + installation & integration (or maximizing the capacity of the existing one).
 Policies and procedures - that tie al the above together into a working system.

"Red Teaming"
One of the better ways to test any security system is to submit it to realistic attack scenarios and see if and how it withstands these scenarios, in order to identify weak spots and fix them.
